Honestly, I think the "subpar" animation has a cute charm to it, especially with the character designs and how they emote. I like the wobbly lineart for the characters- though some backgrounds being wobbly did look a little nauseating personally. I very much liked the theme of a big corporation taking over a small town and running its locals out too really this would have been very nice to see as it's own animated series as opposed to an arg.
tldr, i liked this i thought it was cute :D

Last time I saw an episode of loveweb, manon and cybermare were voiced by AI, so to hear them be actually voiced is REALLY nice. I adore how the VAs deliver their lines, Manon sounds completely adorable and Cybermare's sass sent my sides into orbit. Animation's gotten really really good too hehe, this series is great :D

the movement of the minifigs is really impressive holy smokes, ESPECIALLY the part at the 1:02 mark, the way the guy is punching really put a smile on my face

i just got into this series recently, but GOD it is a complete delight, Manon is adorable and cybermare is great, this cartoon just oozes with charm and i love it. To be honest, LOVEWEB managed to make the internet seem whimsical and adventurous to my jaded burnt-out heart, and thats really incredible
